Program Management

Effective Program Management (PM) is essential to the integration of new technologies. In addition to supplying the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) with engineers, Regulus Group has supported FAA’s Terminal Surveillance division by providing skilled management experts, program analysts, logisticians, and business managers.

Regulus Group employees have positively impacted the PM activities of the Airport Surveillance Radar-11 (ASR-11) program, the Airport Surface Detection Equipment-Model X (ASDE-X) program, Runway Status Lights (RWSL) program, and the Terminal Surveillance front office.

The company also provides support for Logistics, Acquisition Practices, Earned Value Management (EVM), OMB 300 preparation, Lessons Learned, human resources planning, business case analysis, mission analysis, and investment analysis.

Services include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing planning, scheduling, and analysis (including PERT and critical path)
  • Developing briefings for stakeholders, industry representatives, aviation coalitions, and Air Traffic Management (ATM) advisory committees
  • Conducting reviews of contractual, budgetary, and technical documentation
  • Supporting project requirements definition, management, solution implementation, and coordination activities
