Lisa Stewart

Lisa Stewart is a senior human factors specialist with over 29 years’ experience providing program management, acquisition, and human factors engineering support to surveillance, automation, and communications programs for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the U.S. Army, and the U.S. Air Force. Ms. Stewart is a partner of Regulus Group, LLC, which is headquartered in Woodstock, Virginia.

She serves as an integrated team member and has defined, implemented, and managed a wide variety of programmatic and technical activities throughout the system life cycle. She specializes in applying comprehensive understanding of the political, operational, economic, and technical facets of the FAA and its’ programs to the successful completion of all assignments. She has extensive technical writing and briefing preparation expertise.

Ms. Stewart currently serves as senior program management staff to the office of the FAA Director of NextGen Research and Technology Development. She is jointly responsible for corporate management and operations of Regulus Group, including overall corporate strategic direction and business development.

Ms. Stewart received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from William Smith College. She has a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology/Organizational Development from George Mason University. She is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomic Society and the Air Traffic Control Association.
